Lead Project Engineer

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple disciplines for large-scale capital projects.
• Manage engineering interfaces with PMC workstreams and project stakeholders.
• Support schedule management, change control, and technical issue resolution.
• Facilitate engineering communications and project coordination activities.
• Monitor engineering execution against project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of engineering or project engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams for capital projects exceeding $500 million TIC.
• Strong understanding of design execution, project delivery, and change management.
• Experience supporting project planning and schedule management activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated facilities.
• Experience in PMC or Owner’s Representative organizations for capital projects exceeding $1 billion TIC.
• Knowledge of project controls and risk management processes.
• Experience supporting commissioning and startup activities.
• PE license or PMP certification.
