Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Location: ISD Office - DGTC AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise CRM applications.
• Own architecture, development, testing, deployment, reliability, and operations across the full technical delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Business, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable CRM capabilities and integrations.
• Drive migration from legacy platforms and build reusable, extensible solutions.
• Improve quality, security, performance, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and platform stability.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization through hiring, coaching, performance management, and technical strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer science or engineering field and 5 years of software engineering experience, or 7 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, project management, milestone tracking, and capacity planning skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant computer science or engineering field.
• Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled CRM or customer care solutions.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
