Engineering Manager, Productivity Solutions (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available. The role requires up to 50% travel during the first 18 months, decreasing to 25% long term.

Annual salary: $159,120–$238,680.

What you will do

• Build, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing organization of architects, systems engineers, and software engineers.
• Own product strategy decisions covering architecture, roadmaps, requirements, integration, validation, release readiness, and lifecycle execution.
• Lead globally distributed teams delivering machine, mobile, cloud, edge AI, data, and user-experience initiatives.
• Guide scalable integration across on-machine platforms, mobile applications, cloud services, and edge services.
• Use customer feedback and operator data to personalize workflows, enable digital coaching, and improve safety and productivity outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and building organizational capability.
• Proven success scaling software, systems, platform, or connected-product teams.
• Experience delivering integrated machine, mobile, edge, cloud, data, and user-experience solutions through the product development lifecycle.
• Strong background in architecture and integration, including APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native and edge services, identity, data platforms, AI-enabled experiences, cybersecurity, privacy, responsible AI, and machine-intensive industries.
• Must work onsite at the Irving, Texas office five days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available.
