Sr Technician - Manufacturing Technician/Seibi (Assembly) (PLC/Robotics)

Location: Georgetown, Kentucky, United States; on-site manufacturing role with travel to U.S., Canadian, and Mexican manufacturing companies and suppliers, plus occasional travel to Japan.

What you will do

• Program PLC/SPLC systems including Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Siemens.
• Program Fanuc and Kawasaki robots offline and online.
• Procure, design, prepare, trial, and validate new or modified assembly equipment.
• Support assembly Seibi activities from equipment design through installation and start of production.
• Develop equipment countermeasures during setup, trials, and start of production.
• Travel up to 50% when required, work off shifts, and support overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Associate technical degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PLC programming experience with Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, Omron, and Siemens.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel, and work up to 20% overtime.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Valid driving eligibility under company motor vehicle standards; ability to work in physically demanding manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Industrial maintenance degree, automotive assembly experience, or hirify.global PE Seibi experience.
• Experience with safety scanners, vision systems, industrial controls networking, Ethernet/IP, TCIP, FLnet, or ProfiNet.
• Understanding of hirify.global Assembly AVI.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience mentoring or delivering technical training.
