Development Program Management Associate I - Action Figures

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; in-office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays

Salary: $71,000–$82,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage multiple action figure and product development projects from concept through production while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with Design, Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Integrity, Planning, and other cross-functional partners.
• Work with overseas development, tooling, manufacturing, and external development sources throughout the product life cycle.
• Review concept sketches, troubleshoot production-level samples, resolve defects, and improve product mechanisms.
• Develop schedules, cost estimates, and financial analyses for different product types.
• Optimize product materials, methods, processes, features, and content within selling price, margin, quality, and consumer satisfaction constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, make quick decisions, and solve problems effectively.
• Comfort leading cross-functional teams and building relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with systems and data entry.
• Curiosity, continuous learning, and a growth mindset.
