What you will do

• Lead cross-functional interaction to bring floorcare products from concept to market.
• Own program scope, cost, schedule, risks, resources, and deliverables through end-of-life.
• Collaborate with teams on go-to-market strategies designed to support strong sales performance.
• Use KPIs and data to drive decisions across functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, resource gaps, and knowledge gaps.
• Connect global information with local teams and support business execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or business management field is highly desired.
• 3–4+ years of direct program management experience.
• Experience in new product development or program management; consumer goods experience is strongly preferred.
• Cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or a similar tool, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
