Marketing Service Rep (Health Insurance)

Location: NM - Albuquerque; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote

Base pay: $47,500.00–$86,000.00 annually

What you will do

• Support sales representatives and account management personnel with prospecting, acquiring, and renewing business.
• Build relationships with customer representatives and brokers.
• Research and coordinate resolutions for customer issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports and gather information for requests for proposals.
• Participate in or lead enrollment meetings.
• Prepare or implement new accounts and renewals, including travel to customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in health insurance or health care service, sales, or marketing involving initiative and decision-making; alternatively, five years of relevant health care management, sales, marketing, claims, or provider service experience.
• State insurance license or ability to obtain the required license within the applicable regulatory timeframe.
• Organizational, decision-making, written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
