• Support businesses with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Organize job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations.
• Monitor employer satisfaction and collaborate with staff to improve placements.

Requirements

• Background in customer service with strong relationship-building and consulting skills.
• Ability to travel to events and employer meetings across the county region.
• Availability for a full-time first-shift schedule.
