Clinical Provider Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel within the state and nationally is required.

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annual full-time salary

What you will do

• Recruit clinical practitioners and execute practitioner contracts for key health plan clients.
• Conduct telephone outreach, electronic correspondence, presentations, face-to-face meetings, and provider education.
• Identify network development needs by state, specialty, and underserved rural territory.
• Send recruitment materials, coordinate outreach opportunities, and track recruitment goals.
• Mentor and train telephonic recruiters through buddy calls, debriefs, role-play scenarios, and development plans.
• Travel within the state and nationally for provider relations, conferences, employer health fairs, and business needs.

Requirements

• Four years of combined sales or related experience, including healthcare provider contracting or clinical, wellness, and fitness industry experience; alternatively, two years of ASH telerecruiter experience.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; a high school diploma is required when using equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and contract negotiation skills.
• Valid in-state driver’s license, good driving record, personal automobile for work use, and proof of insurance required.
• Must be able to work from home in the United States with a reliable internet connection meeting at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have

• One year of job-related travel experience.
• Experience with contract negotiation.
