Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $50,000–$90,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers, firm leaders, and studio teams to define staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, universities, and other recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across disciplines and studios.
• Track recruiting outcomes and improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work closely with and communicate with C-suite or Principal-level leadership.
• Commitment to building a long-term professional career.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in San Antonio, Texas.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
