Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Texas or Austin, Texas

Salary: $50,000–$93,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle, from developing job postings and sourcing candidates through interviews, offers, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and firm leaders to define staffing needs, position requirements, and successful candidate profiles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, universities, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and provide a thoughtful and responsive candidate experience.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs across disciplines and studios.
• Track recruiting outcomes and improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate closely with C-suite executives and Principal-level leadership.
• Commitment to building a long-term professional career.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
