hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage relationships with existing clients and develop new business through referrals, associations, and centers of influence.
• Take full responsibility for client services across a book of business, including engagement letters, fees, assignments, and final client meetings.
• Review and approve work papers, monitor engagement progress, and ensure adherence to time budgets and deadlines.
• Communicate engagement status, client challenges, findings, and recommendations to managers, staff, and clients.
• Support clients with funding, audit objectives, and financial planning using available advisory tools.
• Develop, mentor, and oversee client engagement teams while expanding service opportunities.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of public accounting experience, including financial statement preparation and audits.
• Active CPA license required.
• Experience serving Senior Living, FQHC, and nonprofit clients is relevant to the practice.
