Accounting Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $94,900–$130,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Prepare, maintain, reconcile, analyze, and report ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Record and review accounting transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
• Prepare statutory accounts, financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyses of budget variances.
• Document accounting projects and provide financial support for business initiatives.
• Advise executives on functional strategies and resolve complex accounting issues with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in inventory management, accounting, and process improvement.
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience.
• Progressive leadership and management experience, formal or informal.
• Prior experience in the financial industry.
• Ability to work fully remotely within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Certified Public Accountant license.
• Experience with process automation and flows.
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience.
