What you will do

• Lead audit engagements and coordinate client service delivery for TMT companies.
• Manage complex audit portfolios, engagement milestones, resources, profitability, billing, and collections.
• Identify technical accounting, auditing, risk, independence, and quality matters, coordinating with specialists when needed.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, audit procedures, and engagement work products.
• Build client and external relationships, support business development, and provide strategic business advice.
• Coach engagement teams, develop future leaders, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence, or an equivalent professional credential, is required.
• 13+ years of progressive public accounting, external audit, or assurance experience, including leadership of increasingly complex engagements.
• Extensive experience with US GAAP, US GAAS or other relevant standards, risk-based audit methodology, internal controls, and complex financial reporting.
• Proven success building client portfolios, developing business, managing large audit engagements, and leading senior teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, ethical judgment, independence, and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience leading SEC, PCAOB, multi-entity, industry-specialized, or high-risk assurance engagements.
• Experience with digital audit tools, data-enabled audit approaches, or global delivery resources.
• Established external networks, client relationships, and centers of influence supporting sustainable growth.
• Experience mentoring engagement leaders and developing technical expertise across audit teams.
