Assurance Partner - Healthcare

Location: New York; the role focuses on the Los Angeles healthcare market.

What you will do

• Lead and expand healthcare assurance service offerings in the Los Angeles market.
• Oversee client solution delivery and collaborate across service lines to introduce additional offerings.
• Build, develop, and manage a book of business through existing professional relationships and new business development.
• Develop business plans and execute regional and national growth strategies for the Audit function.
• Lead, mentor, and develop audit personnel and support their client interactions.
• Provide technical and leadership support for firm assurance engagements, including concurring responsibilities when needed.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence or an equivalent professional credential.
• Significant audit experience with healthcare providers, insurers, services organizations, and related product companies.
• Technical proficiency in financial statement audits involving mergers and acquisitions, complex equity structures, and complex debt structures.
• Proven success building, developing, and sustaining client and professional relationships.
• Excellent client service, organizational management, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Big Four or comparable national or regional leadership experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of growing new business.
