What you will do

• Support lean and process-improvement initiatives in the distribution center to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with logistics teams and carriers, track shipments, and optimize transportation workflows.
• Help design and implement automated KPI dashboards and tools to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
• Gain practical exposure to international shipping regulations, export documentation, and trade compliance.
• Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and analytics teams on strategic and data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Interest in global logistics, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work onsite in Acton, Massachusetts.
