Supply Chain Co-Op (MedTech)

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States. The assignment may be virtual/remote or onsite depending on business needs; some onsite assignments may require relocation.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Support Global Supply Chain Services portfolio operations, reporting, and technology roadmap activities.
• Manage Power Apps portfolio data integrity and user training.
• Create Power BI analyses and visualizations and provide dashboarding support.
• Support digital and data analytics initiatives, including coding and analytical tools.
• Participate in shaping next-generation projects and programs aligned with supply chain strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Corporate/Enterprise sectors.

Requirements

• Completion of undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, computer/software/systems engineering, materials sciences, packaging sciences, accounting, economics, finance, business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
• Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Copilot, is required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to balance multiple projects, and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Power Apps, portfolio management, Power BI, Tableau, Dataverse, or other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Participation in an engineering society, campus program, or community service activity.
