Program Delivery Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead implementation and operationalization of enterprise clinical performance, quality improvement, and provider performance initiatives.
• Translate strategic recommendations into implementation plans, operating models, roadmaps, milestones, governance structures, and accountability frameworks.
• Integrate initiatives into business processes and operational workflows while assessing readiness and coordinating training, communications, and change management.
• Partner with clinical, analytics, operations, network, provider, finance, technology, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and execution.
• Monitor adoption, effectiveness, performance metrics, risks, and operational impact; identify optimization opportunities.
• Present implementation plans, progress, recommendations, and outcomes to leadership while developing scalable implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, program implementation, healthcare consulting, provider performance, value-based care, quality improvement, or related implementation work.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and executing large-scale organizational or operational initiatives.
• Experience translating strategic recommendations into operational workflows and sustainable business processes.
• Strong project management, organizational, execution, executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, public health, healthcare administration, organizational leadership, clinical informatics, or a related field.
• Clinical degree or licensure such as MD, DO, PharmD, APRN, NP, PA, RN, or BSN.
• Experience with provider performance, quality improvement, population health, value-based care, clinical transformation, governance models, or scalable implementation frameworks.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims data, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, quality measurement methodologies, performance analytics, and Medicare Advantage populations.
