Implementation Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote work may be available, but candidates must live in Lincoln, Nebraska, or the surrounding areas.

Salary: $60,000–$81,000 per year, excluding benefits and potential bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead new and existing healthcare clients through the technical implementation process.
• Help users understand, test, integrate, and scale the company’s solutions.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, deadlines, and timelines.
• Coordinate survey administration and data collection throughout implementation.
• Configure solutions after new sales or customer upsells and collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Document and communicate project status, data, configuration, and logistical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-starter attitude, attention to detail, ownership, and dedication.
• Ability to analyze and discuss data, solve problems, prioritize multiple deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Must live in Lincoln, Nebraska, or the surrounding areas.

• HTML or JavaScript experience.
• SEO and Google Analytics experience.
• SQL experience.
