Location: Remote, US-based, anchored in the West territory; travel to customer sites nationally up to approximately 50–75%, including on-site go-live support. In-person office hubs are available in Boston, New York, and the Bay Area.
Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annual base salary, plus equity, PTO, and other benefits.

develops at-home EEG and cardiopulmonary signal platforms for precision medicine, clinical development, and diagnostics for neurological, psychiatric, sleep, and central nervous system disorders.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end clinical and operational implementation for assigned customers, from pre-sale planning and kickoff through go-live, stabilization, and transition to steady-state support.
- Design implementation plans covering clinical workflows, staffing, order and result routing, patient communication, and administrative processes.
- Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education, training, on-site support, troubleshooting, and refresher sessions for clinical and administrative audiences.
- Drive adoption by tracking utilization, ordering patterns, turnaround times, workflow adherence, and customer outcomes; diagnose root causes of low usage and lead corrective action.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Clinical, Technical Services, Support, Product, and customer leadership while communicating risks, decisions, and progress.
- Build implementation standards, playbooks, templates, and training materials; mentor peers and contribute to multi-quarter planning and product readiness.
Requirements
- Active RPSGT certification.
- 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing.
- Experience owning healthcare demonstrations, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support.
- Experience training clinical and administrative audiences and working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring peers, setting standards, and planning work across multiple quarters and stakeholder groups.
- Must be US-based and anchored in the West territory; willingness to travel nationally up to approximately 50–75% is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare IT systems, EHR/EMR, CRM tools, enablement platforms, and project tracking tools.
- Experience supporting Software as a Medical Device or regulated medical-device products.
- Experience at an early- or growth-stage healthcare company.
- Experience building implementation playbooks, templates, or training curricula from the ground up.
- Strong adoption-focused, systems-thinking, and independent decision-making approach.
