Program Manager IV (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO; must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategic, enterprise-wide programs and complex cross-functional implementation or process-improvement projects.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and forecasts.
• Coordinate project managers and business analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and other functional groups.
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee materials, and strategic analyses.
• Lead issue escalation, risk mitigation, training coordination, and communication with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading functional areas, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervising staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
