Program Manager II-Recovery Operations

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate Recovery Operations and Recovery Platform initiatives across operational, business, technology, and external partner teams.
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and lead projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor recovery inventory, operational performance, risks, bottlenecks, and remediation activities.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on program status, issues, risks, and performance metrics.
• Maintain business process documentation, deliverables, meeting records, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate with stakeholders, resolve issues, and secure project resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Knowledge of recovery operations, payment integrity, claims operations, revenue cycle, or related healthcare business functions.
• Experience with operational reporting, workflow optimization, process improvement, or recovery inventory management.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, recovery platforms, workflow tools, data analytics, JIRA, or ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience and familiarity with claims processing systems.
• Experience leading technology implementations, system integrations, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or another process improvement or project management certification.
