Program Manager II (COB, TPL, Subrogation)

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional COB, TPL, and subrogation initiatives across multiple health plans and lines of business.
• Coordinate vendor implementations, operational enhancements, regulatory readiness efforts, and recovery optimization projects.
• Gather requirements, create project plans and schedules, manage resources, and oversee execution through the full project life cycle.
• Facilitate meetings with operational teams, internal stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors.
• Track deliverables, communicate program status, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain process documentation, meeting records, action items, risk plans, reporting documents, and policy materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders, resources, deliverables, and risks.
• Healthcare experience with COB, TPL, subrogation, recovery operations, payment integrity, or claims operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial healthcare reimbursement and recovery processes is preferred.
