Senior Manager, Medicare Strategy & Performance (Healthcare)

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for strategic and operational execution of state-level and national healthcare initiatives.
• Support strategic and business planning and lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses, business cases, return-on-investment assessments, and budget information with finance and analytics teams.
• Integrate project plans, manage dependencies and milestones, and oversee schedules, resources, scope, budget, and quality.
• Lead post-implementation reviews and address project issues and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor regulatory, policy, contract, industry, and corporate changes affecting Medicare and healthcare product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of managed care experience in an HMO, MSO, provider managed care setting, or a related environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, business cases, budgets, and complex project execution.
• Ability to prepare communications and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Project Management Professional certification.
