Sr Technology Service Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute technology strategy for assigned business segments.
• Manage end-to-end technology project execution, including resource planning.
• Oversee the delivery of technology products and services to business segments and delivery partners.
• Maintain financial transparency across IT initiatives and base operations.
• Evaluate business drivers and priorities and communicate them across the organization.
• Manage accountability for assigned business domains and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of equivalent experience in Technology Service Delivery Management.
• 10+ years of related experience in Technology Service Delivery Management.
• Ability to work onsite at the One South office in Charlotte, NC.
• Experience managing technology delivery through staff, subordinate managers, and supervisors.
