What you will do
- Advise the Account General Manager on customer needs and service delivery as a delivery subject matter expert.
- Review customer contracts, terms, and conditions, and assess their impact on delivery.
- Coordinate infrastructure, security, IT, implementation, engineering, and product management teams for service delivery and enhancements.
- Implement customer-facing and internal delivery status reporting tailored to different audiences.
- Build relationships with shared-service leaders and customer stakeholders while managing delivery governance and escalations.
- Lead recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and other people-management activities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technical delivery, program management, or a related leadership role.
- Strong program management skills across strategic and tactical delivery activities.
- Financial acumen and the ability to balance client value with cost optimization.
- Experience collaborating across deeply matrixed environments and large teams.
- Strong interpersonal, client relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid business, clients, and solutions.
