Client Delivery Manager (Capital Markets)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid with flexible options

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 annual, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for front office capital markets implementations, enhancements, migrations, upgrades, and major client initiatives.
• Translate approved scope into delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, acceptance criteria, and client readiness.
• Coordinate trading workflow, exchange and broker connectivity, FIX integrations, market data feeds, venue certification, and platform testing.
• Manage governance, reporting, RAID logs, change control, escalations, and Jira-based delivery records.
• Coordinate UAT, integration, regression, performance, FIX, and venue certification testing.
• Drive go-live, cutover, rollback, monitoring, hypercare, and operational support handover.

Requirements

• Experience managing client-facing technology delivery, implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of front office trading, order and execution management, trading desk operating models, and sales trading.
• Working knowledge of market, broker, and exchange connectivity, FIX messaging, market data, and trading platform integrations.
• Experience with project governance, RAID management, change control, delivery reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience using Jira or similar delivery management tools and coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Support, Commercial, and client organizations.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure, client-facing trading technology environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with OMS, EMS, trading platforms, execution, routing, market data, or market connectivity solutions.
• Background in equities, fixed income, listed derivatives, FX, rates, credit, or multi-asset trading.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol, exchange certification, broker onboarding, algorithmic trading, or venue connectivity.
• Experience in regulated financial services, production change governance, Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management experience.
