Director of Workday Consulting (HCM)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $210,000–$240,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the Workday HCM practice across implementations, optimization projects, and AMS engagements.
• Maintain delivery quality, client satisfaction, project performance, governance, and quality controls.
• Oversee the HCM project portfolio, delivery risks, scope concerns, financial issues, and client escalations.
• Own resource planning, capacity, utilization, staffing, and consultant allocation across engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop HCM managers, architects, functional leads, and consultants.
• Manage practice and engagement financial performance, executive relationships, proposals, estimates, staffing plans, and service expansion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of direct Workday HCM consulting experience; experience with other ERP or HCM platforms does not substitute for this requirement.
• Extensive experience leading full-cycle Workday HCM implementations, optimization projects, and AMS engagements.
• 6+ years of experience leading Workday consulting teams, including managers, architects, functional leads, and consultants.
• Current or previous Workday HCM certifications are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
