Managed Service Delivery Project Manager (Managed Print Services)

Salary: $73,800–$113,650 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead the Deploy phase for complex, multi-tower Managed Print Services programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multivendor teams across print fleet management, software, analytics, monitoring, and operational support.
• Manage scope, schedules, cost estimates, DAIR documentation, contractual outcomes, and operational handover plans.
• Represent hirify.global with customers, external partners, senior stakeholders, and executive-level contacts.
• Develop governance models, steering committees, PMO structures, communication plans, quality controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Own program budgets, forecasting, contractual compliance, continuous improvement, and mentoring of project managers and tower leads.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in business, project management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including deployment of tangible assets, order placement, site coordination, and logistics.
• Experience managing external customers and complex, enterprise-scale programs.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and project documentation.
• Strong knowledge of project management, risk management, financial governance, forecasting, change management, and process improvement.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, customer focus, and ability to resolve issues across multiple technical domains.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Six Sigma or other process improvement certification.
• PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certification.
