Delivery Analyst, Risk & Audit - Americas

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Hybrid work model with onsite work at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Salary: CAD 65,000–70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support delivery of audit, risk, and compliance solutions for customers.
• Review client documentation, capture requirements, and help lead discovery workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into technical design documents and configure hirify.global One prototypes.
• Deliver enablement training, maintain issue logs, and follow standard project methodology to meet scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Managers, Senior Managers, and global implementation teams on customer requests.
• Document standard operating procedures and provide technical guidance to help customers gain more value from the product.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role.
• Ability to engage customer personnel in solution discussions involving compliance, vendor management, information security, or risk management.
• Strong interest in audit, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight timelines in a changing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Relevant undergraduate degree preferred, such as Business Administration, Compliance Management, Information Security, or MIS.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC or analytics tools.
• Experience with a platform-based product or solution.
