Director of Professional Services (ERP/SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, open to applicants residing in Canada; availability to work hours overlapping with EST, CST, or PST and travel approximately 15–20% to meet clients in person.

Salary: Base $175,000/year CAD; bonus $40,000/year CAD; OTE $215,000/year CAD.

What you will do

• Own P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost management, and margin protection.
• Oversee delivery quality and outcomes across ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
• Lead, develop, and motivate consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
• Act as the senior escalation and relationship point for key customers.
• Allocate resources, identify delivery and financial risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support on scoping, roadmaps, prioritization, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or software and technology roles.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably as a Senior Manager or Director in Professional Services.
• Experience overseeing project portfolios, managing P&L and books of business up to $3–5M, and maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Hands-on leadership of ERP/SaaS implementations, including customer escalations, integrations, stalled implementations, sprint planning, and collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Must be based in Canada, legally eligible to work in Canada, available for EST/CST/PST overlap, and able to travel approximately 15–20%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Technology, an MBA, or another advanced degree.
• Experience with Canadian K-12 and nonprofit organizations, including school boards.
• French language proficiency.
• Experience managing remote global teams and fixed-budget contracts.
• Experience using AI or AI-assisted tools for delivery or operations.
