Director of Professional Services (ERP/SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, open to applicants residing in Canada; availability to travel approximately 15–20% to meet clients in person and work hours overlapping with EST, CST, or PST.

Salary: Base $175,000/year CAD; bonus $40,000/year CAD; OTE $215,000/year CAD.

What you will do

• Own P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio of client engagements, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Oversee delivery quality and outcomes across ERP/SaaS implementation projects and shape a customer-centered delivery model.
• Lead and develop consultants, business analysts, and project managers while allocating resources across active engagements.
• Serve as the senior escalation and relationship point for key customers, including resolving stalled implementations and broken integrations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support on scope, pricing, roadmaps, priorities, and delivery improvements.
• Identify delivery and financial risks and implement mitigation plans to improve margin, speed, quality, and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or related software and technology roles.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably as a Senior Manager or Director in Professional Services.
• Experience managing a project portfolio with P&L and book-of-business responsibility for revenues up to $3–5M.
• Hands-on ERP/SaaS implementation leadership, technical depth, financial acumen, and client relationship management experience.
• Must be based in Canada, legally eligible to work in Canada, available to travel 15–20%, and able to overlap with EST, CST, or PST hours.

• Master’s degree in Technology, MBA, or another advanced degree.
• Experience with Canadian K-12 and nonprofit organizations, including school boards.
• French language proficiency.
• Experience managing remote global teams and fixed-budget contracts.
• Experience using AI or AI-assisted tools for analysis, reporting, or resourcing.
