Senior Engagement Manager (AI)

hirify.global develops AI-powered contact center automation that enables natural customer conversations across voice, messaging, and other digital channels.

What you will do

• Advise customers on best-practice use of hirify.global solutions and support successful deployments.
• Coordinate with hirify.global teams and business partners to deliver customer solutions.
• Work with Engagement Managers to staff projects with appropriate resources.
• Help create and enforce implementation methodologies.
• Run customer projects and serve as the Professional Services account owner for active implementations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of customer-facing project management or business consulting experience.
• Experience delivering results through others across a broad sphere of influence.
• Technical fluency in APIs, platform configuration, and AI or automation concepts; coding is not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including project kickoffs and executive business reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 25%.
