Director of Professional Services (ERP/SaaS)

Location: Fully remote, open to applicants residing in Canada; must be legally eligible to work in Canada, available to travel approximately 15–20% to meet clients in person, and work hours overlapping with EST, CST, or PST.

Salary: Base $175,000/year CAD; bonus $40,000/year; OTE $215,000/year CAD.

What you will do

• Own the P&L and book-of-business performance for a $3–5M portfolio of client engagements, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
• Oversee delivery quality and outcomes across ERP and SaaS implementation projects.
• Lead, develop, and motivate consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
• Serve as the senior escalation and relationship point for key customers.
• Allocate resources, manage delivery and financial risks, and improve capacity, margin, speed, and consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support on scoping, pricing, roadmaps, priorities, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or similar software and technology roles.
• At least 3–5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably as a Senior Manager or Director in Professional Services.
• Experience managing a project portfolio with P&L and book-of-business responsibility for revenues up to $3–5M.
• Hands-on leadership of ERP/SaaS implementation delivery, including customer escalations, integrations, stalled implementations, scope, priorities, root cause analysis, and sprint planning.
• Must be based in Canada, legally eligible to work in Canada, available for 15–20% travel, and able to overlap with EST, CST, or PST hours.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Technology, MBA, or another advanced degree.
• Experience with Canadian K–12 and nonprofit organizations, including school boards.
• French language proficiency.
• Experience managing remote global teams and fixed-budget contracts.
• Fluency with AI-assisted tools for delivery or operations.
