Capture Team Lead – Poland (X-BAT Programme)

What you will do

• Lead the X-BAT and autonomy strategic capture campaign across Poland.
• Own the full business development lifecycle, from customer engagement and proposals through negotiations and contract awards.
• Build trusted relationships with Polish military, industry, government, partner, and influencer stakeholders.
• Shape customer requirements and future CCA CONOPS to align with autonomy and airpower offerings.
• Lead positioning and participation in regional flight demonstrations, technical trials, and program pilots.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, legal, and program teams on technical solutions and delivery requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant air force or industry occupation, with substantial knowledge of CONOPS, platform applications, and program delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in defense acquisition, business development, sales, or strategy, preferably involving air platforms or autonomy.
• Demonstrated success capturing and closing defense programs or technology insertions with Polish defense organizations.
• Understanding of next-generation air combat trends, including CCAs, MUM-T, and AI-enabled CONOPS.
• Ability to represent technically complex products to strategic and operational audiences.
• Familiarity with Polish acquisition pathways.
