Logistics Operations I, New College Grad- Bachelor's (Santa Clara, CA)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Full-time onsite role with approximately 20% travel. Not eligible for relocation.

Salary: $61,500–$84,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, financial models, and annual operating plans.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, variances, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, dashboards, management presentations, and executive reviews.
• Monitor OPEX and CAPEX spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Accounting on business cases and investment decisions.
• Support audits, reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, financial controls, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and budget management.
• Experience or knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards, KPI scorecards, executive reporting, statistical analysis, and Databricks.
• Project skills covering stakeholder management, planning and execution, risk, issue and change management, and executive communication.
