Finance Analyst Associate - FP&A (AI)

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; the role requires up to 10% travel.

Salary: $51,400.00–$79,200.00 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze and present monthly financial results, identifying performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, scenario modeling, and assigned areas of the monthly close process.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Conduct pricing and cost analysis across the configure, design, and build lifecycle to improve margins and competitiveness.
• Connect financial outcomes with production, shipment targets, and operational benchmarks through cross-functional collaboration.
• Improve processes through data visualization, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Finance or accounting internship experience.
• Progress toward or completion of CPA, CMA, CFA, or another professional license.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools, and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international accounting principles.
