Financial Analyst (Technology Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid — New York, NY; Newark, NJ; or Edgewood, NY

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

hirify.global provides technology and financial services solutions and is hiring a finance partner for its Corporate Technology Infrastructure organization.

What you will do

• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close for infrastructure-related operating and capital expenses.
• Develop financial models for budgeting, data center strategy, cost allocation, depreciation and amortization, and investment decisions.
• Analyze variances and infrastructure cost drivers across hardware, software, data centers, labor, telecom, and managed services.
• Evaluate business cases for infrastructure investments, optimization initiatives, and transformation programs.
• Track performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Improve reporting through dashboards, KPI development, accrual tracking, vendor spend visibility, and financial governance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business partnership roles, preferably supporting technology, infrastructure, or corporate functions.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and both OpEx and CapEx planning.
• Understanding of technology infrastructure cost structures, including data centers, software, hardware, telecom, and labor expenses.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with IBM TM1, Anaplan, Workday, or Power BI is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills; this is an individual contributor role.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools and analytics techniques to improve financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
• Experience with IBM TM1, Anaplan, Workday, or Power BI.
