Senior Operations Specialist, Labs (Drone Delivery)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; requires regional travel between sites and merchant locations, including runner coverage.

Salary: $28.40–$41.80 per hour

What you will do

• Own day-to-day scheduling and workforce coverage across regional sites.
• Manage flexible staffing platforms, fill coverage gaps, and maintain workforce operations.
• Onboard and train temporary and contract workers, including creating content where training gaps exist.
• Maintain accurate, current, and audit-ready training and onboarding records.
• Provide on-site runner coverage between sites and merchant locations when needed.
• Partner with managers, teammates, merchants, and local partners to improve regional reliability and service adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, logistics, scheduling, or team leadership.
• Comfort managing a flexible workforce through a staffing platform.
• Strong organization and ownership of compliance and training records.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel regionally between sites and merchant locations and work with autonomy.
