Field Services Specialist II (Healthcare Transportation)

Location: Dover, Delaware, United States. Combination of office work and local travel; travel within the assigned state is required 75% or more.

What you will do

• Schedule and conduct assisted, random, and assigned field visits to healthcare facilities and contracted transportation providers.
• Verify service levels, contract compliance, driver and vehicle standards, and on-time performance.
• Track train-the-trainer certification and observe third-party training sessions against CTAA/NSC instructional standards.
• Make preliminary trainer compliance determinations and report findings to leadership.
• Oversee compliance with the prescribed training curriculum and support provider action plans.
• Support network digitization, platform utilization, market initiatives, and other assigned projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least one year of field service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle type.
• Experience in healthcare or a compliance-related setting.
• Knowledge of transportation and vehicle maintenance checks, local road laws, and map or GPS use.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to train a prescribed curriculum.
• Ability to work independently, follow complex instructions, manage multiple tasks, use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and operate a hands-free mobile phone.

• CTAA and/or NSC certification.
