JR - 207376 Field Service Technician I (Afternoon Shift: Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat) (Medical Devices)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. On-site field service work across service centers, healthcare facilities, private homes, and customer accounts. Afternoon/evening shifts are either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, from 2:00 PM–12:30 AM or 4:00 PM–2:30 AM. Weekend, holiday, and on-call availability is required.

Base salary: $51,200–$64,480 per year.

What you will do

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and perform operational checks on hirify.global and non-hirify.global medical products.
• Troubleshoot equipment, evaluate repair needs, and complete minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Move, load, unload, deliver, and remove medical equipment at service centers, healthcare facilities, private homes, and customer accounts.
• Provide on-call service coverage, including customer account visits during weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate product use to hospital staff, caregivers, and other participants.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26,000 pounds while following safety, PPE, ergonomic, and 5S procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds and safely work with latex and non-latex gloves, eye protection, safety shoes, and protective clothing.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work the assigned afternoon/evening schedule, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage.
