Senior Product Manager, Lens (AI)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for a subset of products and support quarterly and sub-quarterly planning.
• Partner with scientists, engineers, designers, product managers, and operations teams to develop and release software solutions.
• Deliver stable production releases that meet scalability, reliability, and performance goals.
• Conduct product analysis and use data to guide short- and long-term roadmap decisions.
• Manage stakeholder communication, delivery expectations, release-candidate testing, and product approval activities.
• Lead operational change management and maintain a user-driven backlog of future enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience working with agile software development teams.
• Experience building and using product analytics to guide decisions with tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Plotly.
• Experience with software development and project management tools such as JIRA and Trello.
• Ability and interest to quickly learn concepts in genomics and oncology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating between biologists, medical professionals, engineers, operators, and data scientists.
• 3+ years of technical experience in product management or software development in the technology or biotech industry is preferred.
