Associate Director of Product Management

Location: Fully remote, based in the United States

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the continued development and day-to-day success of the IRIS revenue integrity product line.
• Lead product discovery, client sessions, PRD creation, complex feature development, and build-versus-buy recommendations.
• Partner with engineering on release planning, application changes, feature launches, and cross-product dependencies.
• Handle client escalations and provide regular company-wide product updates with minimal oversight.
• Create monthly and quarterly roadmaps for product pods and recommend product-level roadmap plans.
• Set expectations for direct reports and support their feedback, growth, and career development.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year managing and developing a team.
• Experience with Hierarchical Condition Category coding methodologies and RAF score calculations in the Medicare Advantage space.
• Strong communication, collaboration, client management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle and experience running Scrum processes.
• Comfort with SQL and JIRA, an analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to work through ambiguity.
• Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience developing data-heavy frontend analytics applications.
• Experience building healthcare revenue, RAF analytics, or revenue cycle management products.
• Experience with X12 837/834 EDI standards.
• Prior startup experience.
