Sr Specialist, Contracts

Location: Palm Bay, Florida, United States. Onsite position with a 9/80 work schedule.

What you will do

• Manage complex government, commercial, and international contracts across the full contract lifecycle.
• Review solicitations and prepare compliant proposals aligned with customer and corporate objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations, including FAR Part 15 programs.
• Interpret contract terms, identify and mitigate risks, and manage contract modifications.
• Advise Program Management, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and senior leaders on contractual rights, obligations, and compliant execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of related experience.
• Management and leadership knowledge in Department of Defense contracts.
• Extensive experience with contract types including CPFF, FFP, IF, and AF across development, production, engineering services, commercial, and non-commercial work.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and contract risk-management skills.
• Some positions may require a security clearance, which may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
