Location: Tampa, United States; onsite professional office environment. Only U.S. citizens are eligible due to U.S. Government contract requirements. Must be eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.

What you will do
- Analyze Department of Defense prime contracts to identify mandatory and optional FAR, DFARS, and special agency clauses.
- Draft and integrate regulatory flow-down provisions into subcontracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- Maintain supply chain clause libraries and matrices in line with Federal Register updates.
- Prepare contract compliance briefings and advise procurement teams during subcontractor negotiations.
- Monitor DPAS ratings, review subcontractor representations and certifications, and verify supplier eligibility.
- Verify supplier alignment with DFARS cybersecurity and CMMC requirements and conduct CPSR-focused purchasing file audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, contracts management, law, or a related discipline, or 5–8 years of relevant aerospace and defense supply chain compliance or subcontract management experience.
- Experience reviewing files against DCMA CPSR requirements.
- Ability to interpret and summarize dense military contract text, learn new concepts quickly, and apply them in an evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, work independently or collaboratively, and work extended hours or occasional weekends when required.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Personal Security Clearance are required.
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of DoD procurement processes, CPSR requirements, and FAR/DFARS frameworks.
- Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint proficiency.
- Experience with Deltek/Costpoint and stakeholder management.
