On-site Project Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Full-time on-site at a data center campus located near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US

Salary: $108,000–$145,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor field activities, project information flow, progress, quality, safety, and emerging issues.
• Lead onsite coordination with the client, consultants, and contractors on snagging, handover, and partner engagement.
• Implement and monitor project procedures and processes, working with clients on improvements.
• Lead and attend progress meetings, communicate impacts, and support collaborative problem-solving.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works.

Requirements

• Experience managing data center construction projects or similar projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or active pursuit of certification.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full time onsite at the data center campus near Milwaukee.
