Project Manager, Center of Excellence

Location: Schiller Park, Illinois, United States; work is performed primarily in an office environment, with possible irregular hours, on-call status, weekends, holidays, and travel.

Salary: $85,310–$110,902 per year.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-impacting, cross-functional projects from definition through completion on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Monitor project scope, budget, risks, resources, timelines, and key performance metrics.
• Develop PMO policies, processes, templates, intranet content, project charters, status materials, announcements, and training content.
• Create project inventories and roadmaps, coordinate stakeholder communications and meetings, and manage project closure activities.
• Build dashboards to report PMO project performance and track engagement with intranet publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a Project Management Office.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, implement, and teach new technologies and drive projects to completion.
• Willingness to work in an office environment with possible irregular hours, on-call duties, weekends, holidays, and travel.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of consulting experience.
• Project Management Professional certification or similar qualification.
