VP, Corporate Strategy (AI Infrastructure)

Location: New York City, NY, USA

Base salary: $245,000–$325,000 USD per year, plus annual cash bonus and yearly equity grant.

What you will do

• Lead annual and long-range corporate strategy and translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
• Evaluate growth opportunities across AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, digital infrastructure, adjacent services, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare financial models, business cases, investment analyses, Board presentations, and executive recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, including execution planning, governance, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Corporate Development on M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, due diligence, integration planning, and market expansion.
• Build and lead the corporate strategy function and manage the Market Intelligence Lead and Strategic Planning Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or executive strategy roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong financial modeling, business case development, investment analysis, analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience at BCG, McKinsey, or Bain combined with operating experience in technology, infrastructure, industrial, or energy companies.
• Experience in digital infrastructure, hyperscale cloud, AI infrastructure, data centers, telecommunications, industrial technology, or related sectors.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, corporate development, strategy-function building, or enterprise transformation.
