Group Lead Product Manager (Patient Data Platform)

Location: Remote-friendly, with the role based in the United States; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $204,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the Patient Data Platform strategy, roadmap, and execution from discovery through delivery.
• Define normalized clinical and financial data models, transformation pipelines, integration standards, and data exchange patterns.
• Partner with engineering, integrations, payments, communications, clients, and EHR partners to scale multi-provider integrations.
• Establish data governance, lineage, contract definitions, quality frameworks, and accuracy and freshness SLAs.
• Co-own data and architecture decisions with data architects, engineering leads, and integration experts.
• Track platform health, adoption, onboarding velocity, incident reduction, and return on investment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, co-founding, or a related technical role.
• At least 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products involving data pipelines, data models, or integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data exchanges and integration patterns for major EHR systems such as Epic, athena, and Cerner.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders at large enterprises.
• Track record of shipping platform products that deliver measurable results for multiple downstream teams.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Technical background or strong ability to read system design documents and data model ERDs.
• Healthcare revenue cycle management knowledge, including guarantors, patient responsibility, adjudication, EOBs, and billing lifecycles.
• Experience with data governance, Kafka, gRPC, ETL/ELT pipelines, platform migrations, and service-oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with HIPAA data isolation requirements in multi-tenant healthcare platforms.
