Facilities Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Wenatchee, Washington, United States; on-site. Full-time day shift with a rotating 3-day schedule from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Daily attendance at the job site is required.

Salary: $28–$38 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and HVAC equipment.
• Maintain critical facility systems, including compressed air, deionized water, process cooling water, process gas, UPS, exhaust, and make-up air systems.
• Complete daily checklists, walk-throughs, equipment readings, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Respond urgently to alarms and abnormal conditions affecting support equipment.
• Write procedures and checklists and assist with maintenance training.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• At least 3 years of hands-on facilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic data analysis and visualization skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use PPE and follow safety procedures, climb ladders, and use fall-protection equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, and repetitive motions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment verification is conducted through E-Verify.
